For the use in a 24/7 operation it is recommended to keep all relevant
components of the matrix including a chassis as spare parts available.
8.5 Filter Pads
The pollution of the filter pads has to be checked regularly and the pads
have to be cleaned with slight compressed air or suction by the operator of
the system.
The inspection cycle depends on the ambient air and cannot be
determined generally. A period of 6 months should not be exceeded.
A replacement of the filter pads or the filter trays has to be performed
every year.
In order to replace a filter pad, proceed as follows:
1. Pull the filter pad together with the mounting frame out of the proper
slot by using the handle.
2. Press the used filter pad out of the mounting frame.
3. Insert a new filter pad into the mounting frame.
4. Put the mounting frame back into the slot again.
