This screen displays details for the of the main data port’s electrical interface type. If RS422,
V.35, or RS232 is selected, the menu also indicates the operation of RTS/CTS. Examples are as
follows:

This screen displays whether the modem is in Local or Remote mode; gives details of the
electrical interface type selected; the unit’s address; and the baud rate selected, etc. Examples are

This screen displays, in the same format as the CONFIG: Mask submenu, which alarms are
currently masked. If an alarm is not masked, the relevant screen position is replaced with a blank
space.
Note: When in G.703 Clock Extended Mode (CEx), BPV is replaced with LOS to indicate the
alarm mask of G703 Loss of Signal.
