3. Press 2 to enter zone menu.
4. Press 1 to edit a zone.
5. Enter the zone number, then press ENTER .
7.3.1.1 Edit Zone Name
6. Press 1 to edit the selected zone’s name.

7. Select the characters for the zone name by pressing the or arrow until the desired character is shown
then press . or See Appendix B of this manual for a list of available characters and their numeric designa-
tors.
8. Repeat step 8 until the name is complete.
9. Press ENTER when the name is complete.
7.3.1.2 Edit Zone Properties
Zone properties consist of, alarm delay characteristics, and heat detector sensitivity.
1. Do steps 1 through 5 of Section 7.3.1.
2. Press 2 to edit the properties of the selected zone.
