Set Read TX Power (92h)
The Set Read TX Power command sets the default, module-wide, power level to be
used for reading tags. The power is specified as a 16-bit value in centi-dBm. For instance,
a power of 25 dBm is 2500 centi-dBm, which is 0x09C4.

Power settings for individual logical antenna ports specified in
override the value set here.
