An example QT Read/Write single tag command is:.
The response to the QT Read/Write command contains the payload read or written as
specified by the control byte’s Read/Write bit. The format of the response is:
QT Read/Write embedded in a Read Tag Multiple takes the following form:
IDS SL900A (Chip Type=0x0A)
