Revolution III Calibration
For reference, Revolution III calibration examples are included on the CD, PN 77925. To calibrate the iQUBE
2
by
using Revolution III,
1. Ensure that you are connected to iQUBE
2
by clicking the
Connect
button on the toolbar or selecting
Commu-
nications » Connect
. The
Disconnect
button becomes active when you are connected.

2. From the
Tools
menu, select
Calibration Wizard...
Click
Calibrate
to begin calibration.
3. Select whether to begin a calibration, temporary zero calibration, or theoretical calibration. Click
Calibrate
to
begin a calibration.
4. Select whether you want to use a standard calibration, standard calibration with linear points, or span only
calibration and click
Next
.
5. In the text box, enter the amount of test weight being used.
6. If chains or hooks are being used, select the check box.
7. Remove all weight from the scale. If you selected Chains or Hooks are used during calibration in Step 6,
place them on the scale and click
Next
.
8. Click the
Calibrate Zero
button. If you want to use the zero acquired from the last press of the Zero button,
click
Use Last Zero
.
The status bar (lower left corner) of the window displays Transmitting... until calibration is finished. It then
displays Zero Calibration Complete.
9. Add the test weights specified in Step 5 to the scale.
10. Click the
Calibrate Span
button.
11. If you selected Chains or Hooks are used during calibration in Step 6, remove them from the scale and click
the
Click to Re-Zero
button.
12. If you selected Multi-Point Linearization in Step 4, use the Weight Value text boxes to enter test weight values
for each linear point. Then, click
GO
to calibrate each linear point.

13. Calibration is complete. Click
Finish
to commit the calibration values and send them to iQUBE
2
.
Click
Cancel
if you want to abort. This will require a re-calibration at a later time.
