4. Select whether you want standard calibration with or without linear points, then click
Next
.
5. Enter the amount of test weight being used.
6. If certified test weights are being used during cell normalization, select the check box. This will calibrate the
scale during normalization.
If chains or hooks are being used during the calibration, select the check box.
7. Remove all weight from the platform and click
Calibrate Zero
. If you want to use the zero acquired from the
last press of the Zero button, click
Use Last Zero
.
The status bar (lower left corner) of the window displays Transmitting... until calibration is finished. It then
displays Zero Calibration Complete.
8. Click
Next
.
The Corner Match Calibration Wizard displays all load cells installed on the system.

9. Place the test weight whose value you entered in step 5, over the specific load cell.
10. Click
Measure
for the load cell corresponding to the corner with weight on it.
Under Status,
Success
will display when measurement is finished. As each measurement is completed, the
next cell will become available to measure.
11. Repeat steps 9-10 until each cell has been measured.
12. Click
Next
.
13. If certified test weights are not being used, a span calibration must now be completed. If they were being used
(see Step 6), calibration was completed during normalization.
14. Add the test weight to the scale and click
Calibrate Span
.
15. If linear points were selected in Step 4, enter the applied weight in the text box and click
Measure
.
The Status will display
Success
when complete.
16. Click
Next.
17. If chains or hooks are being used, remove them (along with all other weight) from the scale and click
Re-Zero
Calibrate
. Click
Next
.
18. Calibration is complete. Click
Finish
to commit the calibration values and send them to iQUBE

.
Click
Cancel
if you want to abort. This will require a re-calibration at a later time.
4.2.3 Section Match
This option measures and trims load cell values in platform section pairs, and allows cell trimming.
1. From the
Scales
section, select the scale to be calibrated.
2. From the
General
tab, select
Section Match
from the
Calibration Type
pull-down menu.
3. Click
Calibrate
.
The Section Calibration wizard appears.
