8. Log into the remote computer.
9. Stop the Rack Hawk application.
10. Copy the PC Hawk software upgrade from the local PC to the
Rack Hawk at XXXXXXXXXXXX.
11. Double click “Setup” and follow the upgrade instructions.
Troubleshooting
Any service procedure not covered in this manual should be referred to
an authorized service facility.
Locate the problem, review the possible causes, and perform the
action listed. If the problem is not corrected, give us a call or return
the unit for service.
