FAULT
1. NO OUTPUT FROM AC/DC
POWER SUPPLY
2. LOW DC OUTPUT VOLTAGE
1A. CHECK THE OUTPUT FROM AC/DC
POWER SUPPLY, IT SHOULD BE AT
LEAST 50V WHEN THE LOAD IS
CONNECTED
B. DISCONNECT THE OUTPUT LOAD AND
VERIFY THE DC VOLTAGE AT POWER
SUPPLY
C. IF LOAD IS FAULTY, ISOLATE THE LOAD
D. CHECK THE CONTROL WIRING
2A. CHECK THE DC OUTPUT VOLTAGE
(98% OF 48V). IF THE VALUE IS LOW,
A DC CONTROL POWER FAULT IS
SIGNALED. ADJUST THE OUTPUT TO
50.8V. (CALIBRATE INDIVIDUAL
MODULES.)
B. CHECK THE ANNUNCIATOR CIRCUIT
IN THE POWER SUPPLY
C. REPLACE THE ANNUNCIATOR BOARD
D. CHECK THE LOADING ON THE POWER
SUPPLY

1A. CHECK THE LOAD FOR ABNORMAL
CONDITIONS AND CORRECT.

EXCESSIVELY. TAKE CORRECTIVE
ACTION.
C. THE TORQUE LIMIT MOTORING IS SET
FAR TOO HIGH. VERIFY THE
PARAMETER AND SET THE VALUE TO
A PROPER VALUE.
