MODE 1; IF NO SIGNAL, REPLACE THE
BOARDS
3A. CHECK THE RESISTANCE OF DEVICE.
REPLACE THE MATCHED SET OF
DEVICES IF THE DEVICE READS ZERO
OHMS
4A. CHECK THE VOLTAGE FEED BACK
CIRCUITS AND RESISTORS

2A. CHECK THE FUSES ON THE IGDPS.
REPLACE FUSE, IF BLOWN
B. CHECK FOR THE GATING PULSES.
IF NO PULSES, REPLACE THE GATE
DRIVER BOARD
C. CHECK THE POWER SUPPLY BOARD.
IF THE POWER SUPPLY READINGS DO
NOT ADJUST, REPLACE THE BOARD
D. CHECK THE VOLTAGE SHARING
RESISTORS
3A. MONITOR MACHINE FLUX SIGNAL AND
CHECK FOR OSCILLATIONS IN DRIVE
SPEED OR CURRENT AND RE-TUNE IF
NECESSARY.
