F Description
F24 Mtr stall F The drive has detected a motor stall condition.
F25 dc\dc fail F The dc\dc converter has reported a failure in one or more of the non-
redundant outputs or both outputs of the redundant supplies have
failed. The threshold for fail condition is 95% of rated output voltage.
F26 Mtr thy open F An open GTO has been detected in the machine converter. A GTO
failure is detected before starting or when the motor voltage exceeds
0.25 pu, after starting.
F27 Mtr thy short F A shorted GTO has been detected in the machine converter. A GTO
failure is detected before starting or when the motor voltage exceeds
0.25pu, after starting.
F28 DC cntrl pwr F The 48Vdc-power supply has reported a DC voltage fault. Check
control power supply.
F29 Mtr unbalance F The unbalance in the motor current feedback has exceeded the level
in P183 for the duration in P184, or the unbalance in the motor flux
feedback has exceeded 0.1 pu for 100 cycles.
F30 Output open F The output contactor has opened when the drive was running.
F31 No Vdc fdbk F No machine side dc link voltage feedback detected during the GTO
gating test when the drive is started. Usually indicates that the dc
voltage feedback is not connected
F32 Drv overload F The drive overload rating in P163 has been exceeded for the
duration in P164.
F33 Mtr overload F The motor overload rating in P179 has been exceeded for the
duration in P180.
F34 Mtr over spd F The motor speed feedback has exceeded P185 for the duration in
P186
F35 Control temp F Temperature on the drive control board is above 70 degrees
centigrade. Firmware revision numbers less than 5.00 this warning
not implemented
F36 Syncxfer fail F A synchronous transfer was not completed within the time specified
by P230. The drive will stop.
F37 Neutral o/v F The motor Neutral to Ground voltage has exceeded the level in P189
for the duration in P190.
F38 SCANport flt F This fault indicates that one of the four non-maskable Scan ports
warning have occurred.
1. Communication Processor board failure (comm proc brd)
2. Loss of adapter (Adapter loss)
3. Speed command loss (spdcmd loss)
4. Loss of local control (Local loss)
F39 Fan Loss F The output of the static pressure sensor fell below 80% of the level in
P175 for the duration in P176.
F40 Over temp 1 F Heatsink over temperature is present, 85 degrees centigrade exceeded.
F41 Over temp 2 F Heatsink over temperature is present, 85 degrees centigrade exceeded.
F42 Over temp 3 F Heatsink over temperature is present, 85 degrees centigrade exceeded.
F43 Under temp F Heatsink temperature is below

40 degrees centigrade.
