Measurement properties are configured in the Card tab, and Simulate mode can
be selected in this tab. Computer assignments for the IQM-233 or SQM-242 cards,
card firmware revision, and DLL revision are displayed. See
Figure 2-41 .

Card box . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Select the card type (IQM-233 or SQM-242) to be
simulated.
NOTE: The Card box selections are available only
when the Enabled check box is selected.
Simulate Enabled . . . . . . . Select the check box to activate Simulate mode,
allowing a deposition process to be developed and
tested without the need for an IQM-233 or SQM-242
card to be installed or sensors to be connected to the
installed card. The check box is automatically
selected when no cards are installed.
Period (sec). . . . . . . . . . . . . 0.10, 0.25, 0.50, 1.00, 2.00 s
Indicates the time period needed for one
measurement. Enter a longer measurement period
to provide higher resolution, especially in low rate
applications.
