2.1.2.5 Digital I/O Connections
The IQM-233 card does not have the digital inputs and outputs needed for
automatic control of source and sensor shutters, rotation of source pockets, etc.
A Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) together with the optional IQS-233
Codeposition software can add this capability. The PLC is not available from
INFICON. Refer to the IQS-233 Codeposition Software Operating Manual for
information about interfacing a PLC with IQS-233 Codeposition software.
