User access management
In Message Board, you can record the number of pages used for copy, fax, scan, and print
functions per user or group.
NOTE
To manage the usage per user or user group, register the users and user groups in
advance. For details, see “Registering users” (page 2-2) . To manage print function
usage, register the user at “User Authentication” on the printer driver in advance. For
details on the printer driver settings, see chapter 1, “Installing to Windows” in the
Printer Guide.

1 Reset Reset the counters of the machine.
2 Print Prints the usage of the machine.
3 Download Downloads the list in the CSV format.
4 ( Printer Icon) Prints the usage of the user displayed on the right.

5 User / Group Switch Sorts the displayed list users and user groups.
6 User / Group
Displays the name of the users or groups.
7 Fax / Copy / Scan /
Print
The function names for the detail of usage.
8 Total Displays the total usage of the machine.
9 GUEST Displays the total usage of the guest users.
10 Users Displays the total usage of each users.
