Archive settings
When the machine transmits and receives documents via fax or e-mail, you can send
those documents to a specified destination.
NOTE
• Archive settings apply to all the documents that correspond to the specified data
type. For example, when archive settings are enabled for “Transmitted Fax”, all
transmitted fax documents are archived.
• When the transmission or reception has not been performed correctly due to an
error, the specified data archiving will not be performed.
• When archiving is performed, real-time transmission and manual transmission
(transmission using the external phone handset or [Monitor]) cannot be used.
• Transmitted e-mails cannot be archived to a fax destination.
Specifying archive settings
You can save to a folder or transmit to another fax destination the following documents;
transmitted faxes, transmitted e-mail, received faxes.

Click [Admin Login] in Message Board, and log in (page 1-7) .
This function may also be available on Guest and User login screen, depending on user policy
settings.

Click [Machine Mgmt. Settings], and then [Archive Settings].

Click the data type you want to specify archive settings for.
