Registering shortcuts
You can use Message Board to register folders and FTP servers as shortcuts. The
shortcuts registered here can be used on the machine control panel.
Registering folder shortcuts
You can register folder shortcuts. There are two kinds of folder shortcuts; the shared
folder shortcuts, which all users can use, and the personal folder shortcuts, which can be
created for each user.
NOTE
• Up to 300 folder shortcuts can be registered, including both personal and shared
folder shortcuts.
• Only folders shared on the network can be used as folder shortcuts.
„ Registering new shortcuts

Log in to Message Board (page 1-4) .

Click [User Information], and then [Shortcut].

Click “Folder Shortcut”.

Select whether to register the folder shortcut as personal or shared use.
If you have logged in to Administrator screen or as a guest, this menu is not display. You can
use only the shared folder shortcut.

Click [Add].
