5-8 Machine status
Machine status
You can display the status of the machine.
You can also import machine information (settings and address books, etc.) to another
machine of the same model, which enables you to reduce the time it takes to specify the
settings.
Setting the machine status
You can display the current machine status, and set the name and installation location of
the machine.

Click [Admin Login] in Message Board, and log in (page 1-7) .
This function may also be available on Guest and User login screen, depending on user policy
settings.

You can register the following items.
Setting Description Settings
Name Enter the name used to identify the machine. 40 characters
Location Enter the location set for the device. 100 characters
Contact Name Enter the contact name for the administrator of
the device. 100 characters
NOTE
[Restart] will be displayed when you have logged in to the administrator’s screen. If you want
to restart the machine due to a machine trouble, click this button.
