Registering shortcuts 2-31
„ Copying FTP shortcuts
You can copy an FTP shortcut that is already registered to register a new FTP shortcut.

Log in to Message Board (page 1-4) .

Click [User Information], and then [Shortcut].

Click “FTP Shortcut”.

Select the checkbox of the FTP shortcut to copy.
You cannot copy multiple FTP shortcuts at the same time.

Click [Duplicate].
The “Setting” screen is displayed with the copied settings entered for the detailed information.

Change the settings to those for the new FTP shortcut to register.

Click [Save].
Click [Back] not to save the setting and return to the “FTP Shortcut” screen.
„ Changing FTP shortcuts
You can change FTP shortcut settings that have been registered.

Log in to Message Board (page 1-4) .

Click [User Information], and then [Shortcut].

Click “FTP Shortcut”.

Click the number or name of the FTP shortcut you want to change.

Change the FTP shortcut settings.

Click [Save].
Click [Back] not to save the setting and return to the “FTP Shortcut” screen.
