2-34 Setting templates
Setting Description Settings
Document Name Enter the document name for the template.
This item is required.
80 characters (\, /, :, *,
?, ", <, >, | cannot be

Click [Save].
Click [Back] not to save the setting and return to the “Document Name” screen.
„ Copying document names
You can copy a document name that is already registered to register a new document
name.

Log in to Message Board (page 1-4) .

Click [User Information], and then [Templates].

Click “Document Name”.

Select the checkbox of the document name you want to copy.
You cannot copy multiple document names at the same time.

Click [Duplicate].

Change the document name.

Click [Save].
Click [Back] not to save the setting and return to the “Document Name” screen.
„ Changing document names
You can change a document name that has been registered.

Click the number or name of the document name you want to change.

Change the number or name of the document.
