4-32 Archive settings
Specifying archive destinations
Specify an archive destination. You can set either a fax number, an e-mail address, or a
folder as destination.
NOTE
You can only register a single archive destination.
„ Specifying from the address book

Open the “Archive Settings” screen.
See “Specifying archive settings” (page 4-30) steps 1 to 4.

Click [Select] for the archive destination.

Click [Shared] from “Address Book” in “Fax / E-mail Destinations”.

Select a destination from the address book, and click [Fax] or [To] to add it as an
archive destination.
• The registered content is displayed to the right of the address book name. If only a fax
number is registered, [Fax] is displayed. If only an e-mail address is registered, [Mail] is
displayed. If both are registered, [Fax / Mail] is displayed.
• To delete a destination, select the destination you want to delete from the destination list,
and click [Delete].

Click [Save] twice.
Click [Back] not to save the settings and return to the archive settings screen.
