„ Changing an e-mail template
You can change an e-mail template that has been registered.

Log in to Message Board (page 1-4) .

Click [User Information], and then [Templates].

Click “Template”.

Click the number or template name you want to change.

Change the setting.

Click [Save].
Click [Back] not to save the setting and return to the “Template” screen.
„ Deleting an E-mail Template
You can delete unnecessary e-mail templates.

Log in to Message Board (page 1-4) .

Click [User Information], and then [Templates].

Click “Template”.

Select the checkbox of the e-mail template you want to delete.
• To select all the displayed e-mail templates, select the top checkbox.
• Click the same checkbox to deselect the item.

Click [Delete].

Click [OK].
The e-mail template is deleted.
