Erasing and undoing
Deleting the next or previous line or paragraph

Delete selected text.

Backspace
Press the
BACKSPACE
key. To press it more than
once, say
Backspace 2, Backspace 3, and so on (up to
20).

Undo That
or
Undo Last Action
Undo the last action.

Scratch That
Erase the last thing you said or selected text. You can
say “Scratch That” up to 10 times to keep erasing
previous words or phrases.

Resume With
Dear Susan
Search backward to find a specific word or words, so
you can continue dictating from that point. In this
example, resume dictating with
Dear Susan. (For more
