SHOW LOG STATUS
Syntax
show log status
Parameter
None.
Description
This command displays information about the error log. It displays
whether the log is enabled or disabled, and what the log will do when it
reaches maximum capacity. Here is an example of what you will see with
this command:
Event Log Configuration:
Event Logging ........... Enabled
Log Full Action ............ Wrap
The Event Logging field indicates whether the feature is enabled or
disabled. The Log Full Action states the action the log will take once it
reaches its maximum capacity of 4,000 entries. If it says WRAP, the log
deletes the oldest entries as it adds new ones. If it says HALT, the log
stops adding new entries.
