(3) Grease Supply on Wiper Seal
the upper surface of the wiper seal as shown on the
left after cleaning the wiper seal.
Using a tool such as a spatula, apply small amount
of grease on the inner side of the wiper seal. Move
the slider back and forth to spread the grease evenly
off the excess grease out of the applied area.
CAUTION : Excessive supply of grease may dirty the surroundings with excess grease dropped
when slider is operated. Make sure to wipe off the excess grease.
CAUTION : In case the grease got into your eye, immediately go to see the doctor to get an
appropriate care. After finishing the grease supply work, wash your hands carefully
with water and soap to rinse the grease off.
