10.6.2 Grease Supply
(1) Lubricating the Guide
Supply grease here.
(1) Use a 2.5mm hex wrench to remove the screws retaining the screw cover.
(2) Inject grease into the grease nipples on the slider with a grease gun.
(Refer to the picture below for the positions)
(3) Move the slider back and forth several times by hand.
move the actuator, and connect the controller to utilize the JOG operation.
(4) Repeat the lubrication one more time.

CAUTION : In case the grease got into your eye, immediately go to see the doctor to get an
appropriate care. After finishing the grease supply work, wash your hands carefully
with water and soap to rinse the grease off.
