4. Enter the Sample Vol (µL) for this template. This is the amount
of sample that will be tested. The volume in the wells must be at
least 25 µL greater than the sample volume.
5. Enter a Sample Timeout (sec) for this template. This is the
maximum time in seconds that the analyzer spends acquiring
each sample.
6. Enter the target XY Heater Temp (°C) for this template. To
enable this value, enter an XY Htr On or an XY Htr On (wait)
command into the Template Commands list (see step 14.).
7. Enter the Low Limit and High Limit for the Doublet
Discriminator Gate, then click Next.
8. The Enter the Number of Tests wizard opens. See Figure 19.
