You define each Qualitative template using a single product. The
product must contain one standard. The standard is assigned a
Drain to reservoir
Removes and refills sheath fluid from the cuvette.
Sheath fluid is expelled into the reservoir.
Drain to well
Removes and refills sheath fluid from the cuvette.
Sheath fluid is expelled into a well.
Prime
Primes the system to remove air from the sheath
side of the analyzer.
Sanitize
Acquires sanitizing solution from the reservoir to
sanitize or eliminate air in the cuvette.
Skip
Program a well skip into template.
Soak from
Reservoir
Soaking the probe replaces sheath fluid in the
probe with distilled water. You should perform the
Soak command at the end of each day. Place at
least 2 mL of distilled water in the reservoir.
Soak from Well
Soaking the probe replaces sheath fluid in the
probe with distilled water. You should perform the
Soak command at the end of each day. Place at
least 275 µL of distilled water in the well.
Verify CON 1
Acquire CON 1 beads from a well to verify that the
system is working within the calibrated settings.
Verify CON 2
Acquire CON 2 beads from a well to verify that the
system is working within the calibrated settings.
Warmup
Checks for proper system warm up and if needed
begins the warmup process.
Wash from
Reservoir
Acquires wash solution from reservoir to wash the
system. Place at least 2 mL of solution in the
reservoir.
Wash from Well
Acquires wash solution from a well to wash the
system. Place at least 200 µL in the well.
XY Heater Off
Turns the heater off.
XY Heater On
Sets the indicated temperature (XyHtrTemp), turns
the heater on, and continues to the next command.
XY Heater On
(wait)
Sets the indicated temperature (XyHtrTemp), turns
the heater on, waits for the heater to stabilize at
