RAM battery low voltage.
Main causes include:
1. Backup battery voltage below minimum value (3.3 VDC or less).
2. Defective battery harness.
3. Defective 1KA board.

Back up system and program data. Check and replace batteries as required.
⇒
Check batteries for defective connections. Repair as required.
⇒
Defective battery voltage monitoring circuit. Replace the 1KA board.

ERROR CODE W1011
PLC alarm. (XX)
This error occurs when a PC3JB (TOYOPUC) internal error (alarm) is present (battery
voltage low error, etc.).

Refer to the PC3JB (TOYOPUC) manual for the alarm code (XX).
⇒
Replace the PC3JB (TOYOPUC).

ERROR CODE W1012
Servo parameter Changed. Turn OFF & ON the control
power.
When robot model, number of axes, servo parameters for external axes, or the 1KB
board are changed, controller power must be cycled OFF and ON.

When model is changed, the servo software must also be changed.
⇒
Cycle controller power OFF and ON.
