ERROR CODE E5018 Weld completion signal has not been detected.
Occurs when a weld complete signal is not received in the allowed time period.
Main causes include:
1. Defective weld gun, weld controller/timer, cable, etc.
2. Defective 1KA/1GW (1HW) boards, or harness, etc.
3. Defective interlock circuit.
4. Noise related malfunction.

Check gun, weld controller/timer, cable, etc. and repair/replace as necessary.

Check 1KA/1GW (1HW) boards and harness and replace as necessary.
⇒
Check for noise malfunction and shield integrity.

ERROR CODE E5019 Weld fault signal is detected.
Main causes include:
1. Defective weld gun, weld controller/timer, cable, etc.
2. Defective 1KA/1GW (1HW) boards, harness, etc.
3. Defective interlock circuit.
4. Noise related malfunction.

Occurs when the input signal for the retract operation of a 2-stroke retractable gun is not
received.
Main causes include:
1. Defective weld gun, weld controller/timer, cable, etc.
2. Defective 1KA/1GW (1HW) boards, harness, etc.
3. Defective interlock circuit.
4. Incorrect retract position input signal setting.
5. Noise related malfunction.
