ERROR CODE E6012 Relative distance between guns is too near.
The gun tips of two networked robots is less than the minimum specified distance for the
application.

If this error occurs in teach mode, drive the axes so the distance between gun tips is
within specified value.
⇒
If this error occurs in check/repeat mode, modify the program data, and change the
motion timing and relative distance.
If this error does not occur in a near-miss condition,
check the distance (and home position) set for error de-
tection for the robot pair.

ERROR CODE E6500 No welding interface board.
The welding interface (1GN) board is not detected at control power ON.

Turn control power off and confirm that the welding interface (1GN) board is mounted
to the 1GW (1HW) board
.
⇒
Confirm that the welding interface (1GN) board is not loose. Insert the board firmly.
⇒
Replace the 1GW/1GN (1HW/1GN) board.

ERROR CODE E6501 No. 2 welding interface board not found.
The polarity ratio function is set for analog output, or an additional 1GW (1HW) board is
required for 3, or more, analog output channels.

Install additional 1GW (1HW) board as required .
⇒
Ensure 1GW (1HW) boards are properly installed.
