ERROR CODE E6529
Finish point not found by laser sensor.
Main causes include:
1. The laser sensor unable to find a groove.
2. Auto tracking function is enabled with no data present, and finish point detection
failed.
⇒
Re-teach data, or readjust the detection range for the finish point.
⇒
Disable auto tracking function ID because there is no data, and re-execute finish point
detection.

Cannot use circular interp. with laser sensor function.
Laser sensor tracking function is used with circular interpolation.

Do not use circular or linear interpolation with laser sensor tracking function

Cannot turn laser ON because motor power is OFF.
Attempt to use laser sensor when motor power is OFF.

Set motor power ON and re-execute.
