Then click inside one of the selected images and hold
down the mouse button. Drag the image(s) to the other
collection window and release the mouse button. The
images are copied to the collection.
Saving a Picture with a New Name
You can easily rename a picture in the HotShots window or
in a collection. Follow these steps:

Open the picture as described on page 6-2. In a
collection, double-click the picture; it opens in its own
window.

Select
Save As
from the File menu. You see the Save As
dialog box.

Select a location to store your renamed file. Then type in
the new name and click
Save
. You see the JPEG
Options dialog box.

Click
OK
. The new name appears above the picture (in a
window) or below the picture (in a collection).
Adding Collection Information
To quickly add a text and/or recorded description to your
entire collection, follow these steps:

Open your collection as described on page 6-2.

Click the
Collection Info button. Type a
description in the field on the Collection Image
Properties dialog box.

To record voice information for your collection, click
Record
. You see this dialog box:
