Example: Constant Pressure System
System Units set to PSI (P1-02 = PSI)
System Setpoint set for 80 PSI
Pressure Transducer: 150 PSI
Desired Operation:
Pump System should shutdown when the difference between the actual system pressure (transducer feedback level) and the system
setpoint (80 PSI) is greater than 10 PSI continuously for more than 40 sec.
Solution:
Program P1-11 to 10 PSI
Program P1-12 to 40 sec.
The Pump Protection function is only active during running while operating in auto mode. On fault, the iQpump drive will coast to a stop.
