Event
Description
Continuous, you will need to specify how long the button should be pressed down ( in
milliseconds) to trigger the event.
BP900/200
Sets the action that occurs when a specific BP900 or BP200 button is pressed. There are
six icons: BP900A, BP900B, BP900C, BP200A, BP200B, and BP200C. See
Synchronize
Synchronizes content with another BrightSign player on the same network. This event
triggers when a Synchronize command with the same keyword as the Synchronize event is
triggered on another player on the local network.
When the
Synchronize Event window opens, enter a trigger in the Specify
synchronization keyword field, and then click OK. Note: The same event/trigger must be
defined for each transition you want synchronized.
UDP Input
Sets the action that occurs when the BrightSign player receives the specified UDP (User
Datagram Protocol) input from a network device. Use this event when you want external
control of the player using UDP (e.g. with the
Enter the command string that will trigger the event in the
Specify UDP input field. If you
would like the name of the UDP command button in the BrightSign App to be different from
the UDP command string, enter the desired button label in the
Label field. If you want to
hide a UDP command from BrightSign App instances that connect to the player, uncheck
the
Show in BrightSign App box.
