Configurations with 4 ports

For configurations with 4 ports, logical ports 0 to 3 are used. The port signals are available at physical
ports 0 to 3, depending on the port configuration. P_MODE[1:0] has to be set to 11. P_CONF[3:0]
determine the physical layer of logical ports (3:0).
