Note: PIN 130, 131, MEZZ1_L, MEZZ2_L, configures the board’s local bus frequency. If a single
mezzanine is attached to the board, MEZZ1_L will be pulled down on the board. If a second
mezzanine is attached on-top to the first, MEZZ2_L will be pulled down on the board. This may
cause the clock generation logic to set the local bus frequency to 83.33 MHz if necessary.
