cut in strips
1 (1 ounce) envelope stir-fry chicken
seasoning blend
1 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup

1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon oil

1 recipe prepared Mu Shu Pancakes

Preheat the Griddle to high.
Combine all the ingredients except the oil,
nuts, and pancakes.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and
reserve the marinade.
Cook the chicken in the oil 2 minutes per side,
or until browned.
Add the reserved marinade and the nuts. Stir
well. Cook 1 minute, or until the sauce begins
to thicken.
Serve with the Pancakes.
