Jack cheese
cup salsa
cup low fat sour cream
recipe prepared Tostadas (page 26)
Preheat the Griddle to high.
Heat the vegetables, cheese sauce, and the
salsa for 3 minutes. Stir well to combine.
Spoon over warmed Tostadas and top with
a dollop of sour cream.
