(1.27 ounce) envelope fajitas mix
tablespoon ketchup
tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
(16 ounce) can black beans, drained
recipes prepared Whole Wheat Tortillas

15 Preheat the Griddle on high. Spray the Griddle
with cooking oil spray.
Cook the peppers and onions for 3 minutes,
or until the onions begin to brown.
Combine seasoning mix, ketchup,
Worcestershire sauce, mustard, water,
beans, and rice. Stir well to combine.
5: Add to the vegetables on the Griddle and cook
2 minutes.
Spoon the mixture on each of the tortillas. Top
with cheese and roll. Serve with salsa.
