2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons pesto

tablespoons tomato sauce or ketchup
% cup + 2 tablespoons warm water
2-3 tablespoons oil
Combine flour, salt, baking powder, cheese, and
garlic and onion powders.
Combine pesto, tomato sauce, water, and oil;
stir into the flour mixture until the dough forms
a ball.
Turn out onto a lightly-floured board and knead
for 1 minute. The dough should be soft but not
sticky.

Press quickly 3 or 4 times until the dough is
