Perfect with any of the flatbreads or pressed convenience
dough wrap.
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 medium apple, peeled and cut in chunks
6 mushrooms, sliced
8 ounces cooked chicken, cut in chunks
(about 2 cups)
(1.8 ounce) envelope white sauce mix
cup low fat milk

cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder

2-3 tablespoons curry powder
Preheat the Griddle to high.
Cook the onion in the oil for 2 minutes or until
the onions are niceiy browned.
Add the apples and cook for 1 minute. Add
the mushrooms and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the chicken and cook 1 minute.
Combine the mix, milk, broth, salt, garlic
powder, and curry powder; pour over the
chicken mixture.
Cook 2 minutes or until the sauce has
thickened.
