1 pound lean, trimmed sirloin or
top round, cut into thin slices
4 scallions (white part only), sliced
1 clove garlic crushed

1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce or ketchup
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Preheat the Griddle to high.
Place

of meat on the Griddle and sear the
meat on both sides, about 1 minute per side.
Repeat. Remove to a bowl.
Stir fry the scallions and garlic for 1 minute.
Add the snow peas and stir fry for 1 minute.
Combine the remaining ingredients and add to
the vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes or until the
sauce begins to thicken.
