Changing Configuration Parameters
Use the following procedure to change the:
•
Name of the unit
•
Number of ports
•
Starting COM port number
•
Backup server usage
Use the following procedure to change configuration parameters:
1.
Start up VS-Link (see Step 1 of the Accessing VS-Link Menus
subsection, if you need help).
2.
Highlight the device name that you want to reconfigure.
3.
Click the Properties button.
4.
Make the required changes.
5.
Click the OK button after changing the necessary items.
6.
Click OK to save the configuration.
