Installing a New Version of VS-Link
This subsection assumes that you have installed the hardware, it is
operational, and you have the VS-Link files ready to install (see
Extracting the Files on Page 19, if necessary).
Note: The Port 1 LED should be blinking, waiting for VS-link to load.
Use the following procedure to install VS-Link files.
1. Right-click on the Network Neighborhood, and select Properties or
open the Control Panel and start the Network applet. The Network
Properties window displays:

4.0. If you are using Windows NT 3.51 or Citrix WinFrame, note
that the screens look different but have similar functions. Adapt
the instructions as needed.
