Erasing Recorded Messages

Erasing specific messages from memory

You may erase specific messages.

ICM ERASE

ALL MESSAGES
PLAYBACK ^

Press ICM ERASE-INDIVIDUAL while the message

you want to erase is playing.

MESSAGE ERASE

MSG. NO.=02

After erasing the message, the unit plays the next
message.

- The followed numbers of the voice-message

indicator go up by one.

Erasing aii messages from memory

You may erase all the recorded messages. Your greeting messages for both the

ANS/FAX

mode and

TEL/FAX

mode are not erased in this operation.

messages.

- To interrupt this feature, press 2 or press STOP.

Press SET to start erasing.

All the recorded messages are erased.

- The call counter shows “00" and the

voice-message indicator goes out.
