recorded in the AN5/FAX mode. •The memory is full. Erase some or all messages. See

Memo message, telephone
conversation and greeting
message cannot be recorded.
6 beeps are heard.
•The memory is full. Erase some or all messages. See
page 72 or 142.
When the voice message is
played, the sound level is low or
nothing can be heard. ► The speaker volume is low. Raise the sound level by
using the volume control button. See page 69.
Unable to retrieve recorded
messages from a remote phone. • Make sure that you use your remote code correctly.
When you dial the remote code, press the buttons
firmly. See page 139.
Some voice-messages have not
been fully recorded. • The recording time is set to ‘1 minute’. You can select
the recording time to “unlimited”. See page 165.
