Close the cartridge compartment cover.

Repacking the drum unit:

Open the left cover, and open the printer cover by
pulling the printer cover open button.

Remove the drum unit by slightly raising both green

labeled tabs and pulling the drum unit outward.

CAUTIONS:

- Do not touch the green drum surface.
- Do not transport or ship the unit with the drum unit

installed.

Replace the drum protection cap on the drum unit.

NOTE:

- Always place the drum unit with sticker side facing

up, otherwise the printer may not be able to

function properly.
