Erasing specific messages from memory
You may erase specific messages.

Press *

while the message you want to erase is
playing.
A long beep is heard, then the unit plays the next
message.
- If you wish to erase the next message, press -x- 4
continually until finished.
Erasing aii messages from memory
You may erase all the recorded messages. Your greeting messages are not erased in this
operation.
This feature is available after the unit plays back all the messages.

Press * 5 during all messages playback has been
completed, or after 3 long beeps which indicate the
playback has been completed.
A long beep is heard.

Wait for approximately 10 seconds.
2 long beeps sound and then all messages have
been erased from memory.
NOTES:
- If you wish to cancel the erasing, enter any other commands than * 5 within 10 seconds
before you hear 2 long beeps which indicates the completion of erasing.
- If you press * 5 after the new messages playback, only new messages are erased.
