Retrieving documents in a maii box from remote location
The following operation allows your unit to transmit fax-messages stored into your mail box to
another remote facsimile.
Set the receiving mode of your unit to the
ANS/FAX, TEL/FAX
or
FAX
mode to activate this
feature.

Call your unit with a touch tone telephone-
facsimile.
Dial your mail box passcode while the greeting
message is playing or incoming message recording
mode, or at a silent interval between fax tones.
Press *, then enter your mail box number (1 to 5).
A slow beep sounds.
Start reception upon hearing the beep by
pressing the start or transmit button.
Your unit transmits the documents stored into the
specified mail box to the calling machine.
While transmission, the display shows the following
message.
SENDING MAIL
Pi
TO : XXXXX
- After transmitting, the mail box number in the mail
box indicator will go out.
