STOREDIAL — Store a Number as a Speed Dial
This command saves a number in a speed dial or reports the current value.
Command form: DEVICE STOREDIAL [Number] [Label]
Argument details
Name Description
Device 0—7 or * to select all units
STOREDIAL Command
ID 1 — 10
Number 1 — 40 chars 0—9, A—D, *, #
Null to query in text
Label 1—20 chars
Example: #72 STOREDIAL 5 1,8004478556 Express Conference On XAP
400 unit 2 (#72), store (STOREDIAL) the number 1,8004478556 and the name
of Express Conference into speed dial location 5.
STRING - String Execution
This command sends the specified string out the serial port.
Command form: DEVICE STRING [ID]

Device 0—7 or * to select all units
STRING Command
ID 0 — 7
Null to query last string in text
Example: #71 STRING 3 On XAP 400 unit 1 (#71), the STRING programmed
into location 3 will be sent out the RS-232 port.
TAMODE - Telco Adapt Mode
This command selects/reports the Telco adapt mode.
Command form: DEVICE TAMODE [Value]
Argument details
Name Description
Device 0—7 or * to select all units

Value 0 = Auto, 1 = Burst, Null= Current mode
Example: #72 TAMODE 10 On XAP 400 unit 2 ( #72 ), set the telco adapt
mode ( TAMODE ) for the hybrid ( 1 ) to Auto ( 0 ).
